Wholesale Information

Thanks for your interest in my products, all of the designs you see in the online store are available for wholesale to retailers. Some products are released as “limited edition”, so upon receiving your request we can check our inventory and supply you with a custom quote.

SELLING ON AMAZON/ETSY/OTHER ONLINE PLATFORMS

Wholesale only applies to customers that resell our products through their physical stores. Wholesale is not available to online retailers unless you are located outside of the United States and not selling or shipping to the US market.You will forfeit your wholesale account if you do so and will not be able to place any future orders.

PRICE & MINIMUMS

Wholesale pricing is 50% off the listed retail price, with a minimum order of $250.00 (before shipping). 

The minimums for each product online (current inventory) are:
Enamel Pins - 25 piece minimum (you can mix and match up to 5 designs)
Stickers - 50 piece minimum (you can mix and match up to 10 designs)
T-Shirts - 30 piece minimum (you can mix and match up to 5 designs)
Tote Bags - 25 piece minimum (you can mix and match up to 5 designs)

Order requests that exceed current inventory and require a restock have a 50pc MOQ.

TURNAROUND TIME

Shipping time for accessories, pins & stickers that are currently in stock is 3-7 business days.

Shipping time for accessories, pins & stickers that are out of stock is up to 3 weeks.

Shipping time for on-demand printed apparel is 3-14 business days.

RETURNS
No returns or exchanges are permitted on wholesale orders.
CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed you will not be able to cancel/change it. Please make sure you look over your invoice!

DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

We take great care in packaging our items, however, there's always a slight chance items may be damaged upon transit or faulty from the manufacturer.  Please look over your items carefully upon receiving them to check for damage.  If your item is broken or damaged, please contact us within 3 business days. If you do not contact us within 3 business days we will not be able to honor an exchange/refund.

RETURNED TO SENDER

You are responsible for providing accurate and correct address information.  If a package is returned to us you must pay to have it reshipped. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Duties and taxes are decided by the country you are located in, are due upon delivery and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
